Privacy Notice

1. Information we use

When you buy or request access, we use your email, optional name, chosen audience, transaction reference, order amount/currency, payment status and policy acceptance record. We also use the authentication and limited technical information needed to protect access and troubleshoot delivery.

If you select editor-community interest, we store that preference with your order so we can display the relevant joining information. That preference is not permission to add you to a group or marketing list.

If you contact us, we use the messages and information you choose to provide. This sales website does not collect footage through a browser editing application. Do not send confidential footage or sensitive personal information in an ordinary support request unless an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.

2. Why we use it

Order and contact information lets us fulfill purchases, deliver receipts and access links, recover access and answer support requests. We use necessary security records to protect the site and investigate payment or access problems, and retain records required for accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Our bases for processing include performing the purchase agreement, complying with legal duties and proportionate legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking, if introduced, will have its own appropriate choice or consent process. Buying the pack is not marketing consent.

3. Payment, hosting and email providers

Paystack processes payment details in its checkout environment. GP Studios receives the transaction information needed to reconcile the purchase; our site does not ask for your full card details, PIN or payment OTP.

The site uses [HOSTING_AND_BACKEND_PROVIDER], [AUTHENTICATION_PROVIDER] and [TRANSACTIONAL_EMAIL_PROVIDER] to host the service, store purchases, protect resources and deliver requested emails. Providers receive only the information needed for their role, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

We do not sell purchase information. We do not automatically give a buyer's contact details to editors or community members. If you ask for an introduction, we will agree which information to share for that purpose.

4. Optional external destinations

Opening WhatsApp or Instagram takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. A prepared WhatsApp draft is not sent until you choose to send it.

Joining an external community can make your profile or contact details visible according to that platform's settings. Review those settings before joining. The pack does not automatically enroll you.

5. Cookies and similar storage

The basic site uses only what is needed for its operation, including purchase/session continuity, access security and relevant saved interface preferences. It does not include advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics by default.

If a video provider or later analytics feature introduces non-essential storage or tracking, the notice and controls must be updated before that feature is enabled. Optional tracking must not be bundled into payment acceptance. Blocking necessary session storage may affect checkout or account access.

6. Retention and protection

We retain purchase records for delivering the agreed access, accounting obligations and resolving genuine disputes. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the issue and maintain an appropriate service record. Security and abandoned-checkout data is kept only for the operational or legal purpose that justifies it, then deleted or anonymized.

Access tokens and download links expire according to the access system's settings. Deleting a purchase record may limit our ability to recover that purchase; we will explain that consequence before acting on a request where relevant. Legal retention duties may mean some records cannot be deleted immediately.

We limit administrative access, keep paid resources private and use appropriate technical safeguards. No system can promise absolute security.

7. International processing

Some selected providers may process information outside Nigeria. Before launch, the provider list and transfer arrangements must be confirmed, with safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. We do not claim that all data remains in Nigeria unless the actual setup establishes this.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to or correction of your information, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent for activities relying on consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

9. Updates

We will update this notice when the actual service, providers or processing changes. Material changes requiring a new choice will not be treated as accepted merely because you once bought the pack.
