Refund and Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery

The AI Editor Starter Pack is delivered digitally after payment verification. You receive access to a download button and the materials described as currently included in your order. Email access recovery lets you return on another device.

A pending debit is not always a confirmed payment. If you have been charged but do not see access, use the recovery page or contact support with your reference before making another payment.

2. Change of mind

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds for this digital product. Read the contents and setup requirements before purchase. Simply downloading a ZIP is not a waiver of any mandatory legal right.

3. Delivery failures and material problems

Contact us if you are unable to access a verified purchase, receive the wrong or corrupt file, are charged twice, or find that supplied materials materially differ from the description.

We will investigate and provide the appropriate correction, replacement, access restoration, refund or other remedy according to the problem and applicable law. This policy does not exclude remedies required by law. It is not an instruction to refuse every refund request automatically.

4. Information for support

Send your purchase email, payment reference, approximate payment date and a description or suitable screenshot of the problem. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or secret keys.

We will explain the outcome and next step. Where a refund is due, the payment provider and receiving bank may affect when it reaches you. We do not promise an unverified fixed settlement period.

5. Separate services

An editor introduction, an editor's fees or any later service has separately agreed terms. Buying this pack does not pay for those services or automatically authorize their charges.
