Terms of Purchase

1. Your purchase

These terms apply to the AI Editor Starter Pack sold through this website. The pack is a digital product containing the files and learning resources described in the offer at the time of purchase. The order summary and stated availability of each item form part of that description. There is no physical delivery.

The price is ₦27,000 as a one-time payment. The editor and business-owner routes buy the same pack. Buying does not create a subscription or authorize future charges. Any additional service must be separately described and agreed.

2. What the pack does

The pack provides editing styles, prompts, installation resources and guidance for a compatible AI-assisted workflow. It is not a standalone editing application and does not replace the buyer's review of the result.

You supply the footage, explain the intended result and check the finished work. Output depends on your source material, tools, instructions and creative decisions. Personal examples from GP describe his experience; they are not promises of editing speed, client work, income or profit.

3. Setup and external costs

The supported workflow requires a suitable paid Claude or ChatGPT/Codex plan and the compatible editing environment described in the setup guide. Third-party subscriptions, usage, editors and other tools are not included in the pack price unless expressly listed.

Check the requirements before purchasing. A paid subscription by itself does not establish that a particular session can access footage or export video. Buying and viewing resources on a phone does not mean the editing workflow will run in every mobile chat.

4. Payment and delivery

Paystack processes the payment. GP Studios releases access after verifying a successful transaction. Your checkout email is used for receipts and recovery of access. Keep it accurate and contact support if you entered it incorrectly.

The paid page provides a download button and the resources currently included in your order. Keep a backup of the downloaded ZIP. If confirmation or email delivery is delayed, use the access page or contact support with your reference before paying again.

Materials labelled “coming soon” or “in preparation” are not available for immediate use. Before a live sale, the order must distinguish delivered content from future additions and state any agreed delivery commitment. Future additions must not be substituted for an item promised as available now.

5. Use of the materials

You may use and adapt the supplied workflow, guides, prompts and styles in your own projects and client work. GP Studios imposes no additional per-project, per-client or device cap for this release.

Buying the pack does not transfer ownership of third-party footage, music, fonts, trademarks or software. Any third-party item remains subject to its own licence. Obtain the permissions needed for material you upload to external AI or editing services. Do not expose another person's private information or confidential client work without appropriate authority.

Protect your email access links. Access controls exist to protect purchase records and delivery, and do not claim to prevent copying of files after download.

6. Lessons, support and updates

The offer states which lessons are currently available. Product support is available by email for purchase and access questions. The pack does not promise one-to-one coaching, done-for-you editing, unlimited technical support or a particular response time unless separately stated.

There is no promise of lifetime updates or permanent compatibility with every future platform release. A later change does not remove a specific delivery or support commitment made in your order or any applicable consumer right.

7. Optional editor community

The community is an optional free resource for editors. The invite link is currently being prepared. Joining is not required to download or use the pack and is not automatic. Any external community platform's privacy notice and participation rules apply when you choose to join.

Community membership is not offered as an option on the business-owner route. Buying the pack does not promise employment, client referrals or a specific community activity schedule.

8. Separate editor introductions

A business owner may contact GP through WhatsApp to discuss help finding an editor and negotiating an arrangement. The pack price does not include that service, an editor's pay or a guaranteed placement.

Service scope, fees, who engages the editor and each person's responsibilities must be agreed separately before work starts. GP is not promising ongoing management, training or employment through the pack purchase. See the Editor Introduction Service Notice.

9. Problems, refunds and rights

Read the Refund and Delivery Policy before paying. We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, refund or remedy that applicable law requires.

Contact support with your purchase email, reference and a clear description of the problem. Do not send a card PIN, OTP, password or secret access key. You may still use applicable payment-provider, regulator or court procedures.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version accepted with your order remains the record of that transaction; later edits do not retrospectively remove promised items or mandatory rights.

These terms are intended for a Nigerian business selling in NGN and are subject to applicable Nigerian law and any mandatory protections applying to the buyer. They do not impose a waiver of consumer rights or a compulsory overseas dispute process.
